The SafeLINC application enables the connection of Johnson Controls Fire Alarm Control Units to a secure cloud infrastructure, providing users with the following features:
- View the status and events on all connected fire alarm control units, including Fire Alarm, Priority 2, Supervisory, Trouble conditions, and more.
- Receive real-time, configurable push notifications for system events and troubles.
- Access a list of historical Fire Alarm events with filtering options.
To align with code compliance and industry best practices, SafeLINC does not offer system control functions such as Acknowledge, Silence, and Reset.
